PHASE 02

Setup & Migration

We configure ISAMS to match your school's structure — classes, streams, fee structures, report templates, communication channels — and assist with moving existing data over.

Migration is staged, verified, and reviewed with your team before we go live. Nothing is rushed.

PHASE 03

Training

Your staff receives guided onboarding tailored to their role — administrators, teachers, HoDs, bursars. We train in small, practical sessions focused on the tasks people actually do.

We provide reference materials and remain available during early use so questions get answered quickly.

PHASE 04

Ongoing Support

We continue supporting your school after implementation — through reporting periods, examinations, new term setups, and the ongoing refinements that every school needs.
